Corporate Parts Sales Manager

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
Magnum Search Group has partnered with a leading commercial truck dealership. Together we are in search of a Corporate Parts Sales Manager to join their team in Cincinnati Ohio.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong potential for future growth and career advancement.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Corporate Parts Sales Manager is to oversee the day to day operations of the Parts Outside Sales team. This position is responsible for developing strategies and procedures to efficiently complete the sales goals of the Company's Parts Departments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and post sales team’s progress towards completing individual goals through the Dashboard.
  • Coordinate with Parts managers to evaluate individual location’s needs to better service the Company's customers and complete sales goals.
  • This includes, but not limited to, territory management, and support staff requirements.
  • Coaches Outside Sales staff on making sales calls, and strategies on how to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinates with product suppliers and Parts managers on product training and field work with sales reps.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The Corporate Parts Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Parts. This position will work directly with all Parts Managers and Outside Parts Sales staff. Additional this position may interact with employees of other departments.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Should possess a High School diploma.
  • Must be sales motivated, goal oriented and driven to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Must have at least 5 year’s sales experience in a related field.
  • Previous management of a large parts department is preferred.
  • Must be able to meet travel expectations.
  • Must pass pre-employment protocol.

  • $75K-$100K  Base + bonus
