Magnum Search Group has partnered with a Heavy Duty and Medium Duty truck dealership . We are in search of an Outside Parts and Service Sales Rep to cover Pasco, WA

General Job Description
Serves as the parts and service account manager for existing and prospective customers, traveling as needed to provide on-site customer support to achieve assigned sales and profit objectives.

 Develop strategies to achieve parts and service sales objectives.
 Stay current with new products and sales promotions.
 Provide Parts and Service Managers daily updates and weekly activity reports to monitor performance against sales goals.
 Maintain the Focus CRM of customers, activities and opportunities.
 Utilize effective follow-up communications to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
 Achieve high customer satisfaction in managing existing customer’s day-to-day business needs.
 Address customer issues or disputes in a prompt and appropriate manner.
 Identify opportunities for new business with the ability to translate this into new sales activity.
 Identify, develop and obtain new customer accounts for profitable growth.
 Make regular sales calls for new customers
 Participate in scheduled parts physical inventories

II. Minimum Job Qualifications
 High School Diploma, GED, one year of work experience
 Two years sales experience in a service or distribution environment
 Valid driver license in the state of employment and a qualified MVR abstract

III. Desired Job Qualifications
 3 years direct customer facing sales experience
 Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
 Heavy duty truck aptitude
 Strong organization, communication, and telephone skills
 Demonstrated computer proficiency - researching parts on-line, communicating via email and conducting business system sales transactions.
