Regional Manager

Location: Houston, TX, Canada
Magnum Search Group has partnered with a leader in construction equipment rental and sales. Together we are in search of a Regional Manager to join their team in Houston TX. This position will manage the Gulf Coast Sales Manager and Product Support Manager, and will directly report to the Division President.

Essential functions and responsibilities
  • Ensure company procedures are followed, both operational and safety
  • Grow and maintain acceptable market share levels to meet our manufacturers goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the region’s major customers
  • Strategize and participate in large deals with major customers to ensure successful results
  • Monitor accounts in collaboration with credit department.
  • Evaluate, coach and develop employees for success
  • Meet or exceed designated budget
  • Manage and oversee and efficient parts and service department
  • Maintain rental and shop Kaizen procedures
  • Oversee and maintain WIP and Warranty claims to achieve monthly goals
  • Review monthly financials to meet or exceed budget goals and address sales, profit and expense shortfalls
Knowledge, skill, and ability requirements
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • In depth knowledge of dealership business functions (sales, rentals, parts, service, finance, credit)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, various business software CRM (Sales force)

  • $160K - $185K Base
