Regional Sales Manager-Western CO AZ WA IL

Location: Western, Western, United States
Magnum Search Group has partnered with the world’s leading provider of on-road load handling equipment.  Together we are in search of a Regional Sales Manager that can be based out of Colorado, Arizona, or Illinois . 

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed the yearly budget on order intake and revenue of new equipment sales
  • Review and monitor sales staff performances on a monthly basis
  • Identify trends and opportunities for increasing sales
  • Ensure sales staff have the necessary tools and processes in place to improve efficiency, productivity and time for customers
  • Monitor and identify sales staff who do not meet minimum requirements
  • Provide on-going training and support to sales staff
  • Interpret sales and monitoring data to determine which Sales Representative and marketing techniques are most effective and why
  • Research and initiate marketing activities in conjunction with Marketing
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to align sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • 50% - 70% Travel 
As leaders in the sales force, the Sales Territory Manager must lead by example, constantly developing salesmanship skills in order to achieve personal sales goals and practicing new sales techniques to share with the sales force.  This includes education of both customers and sales force about the qualities of the desired product and how the produce meets the customer needs.
