Regional Business Manager

Location: South Central, United States, United States

Magnum Search Group has partnered with a leading provider of high-capacity lifting equipment,.  Together we are in search of a Regional Business Manager that can cover TX, OK, AL, GA, LA, FL, AR, MS.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Completes a comprehensive training program to the satisfaction of the Business Manager and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Establishes and maintains a professional, working relationship with distributors and end-users either in person or by telephone.  Extensive travel required.
  • Defines, generates, qualifies and prospects new business relationships in designated territory.
  • Tracks and communicates leads, and provides customer data for tracking purposes through CRM.
  • Closes new sales and creates future prospects for recurring sales.
  • Coordinates and participates in the fitting, installation and delivery of new customer orders. 
  • Achieves sales goals and quota via an established sales process and plan.
  • Understands the wants and needs of customers and prospective customers in designated territory.  Collaborates with service and management to assure customer sales satisfaction.  
  • Analyzes sales opportunities, provide solutions to our customers and participate in sales promotions. 
  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Powerlift Series Products.



Accountabilities:
As leaders in the sales force, the Sales Territory Manager must lead by example, constantly developing salesmanship skills in order to achieve personal sales goals and practicing new sales techniques to share with the sales force.  This includes education of both customers and sales force about the qualities of the desired product and how the produce meets the customer needs.
