Senior Sales Operations Manager

You should have a successful track record of identifying and understanding market opportunities and team dynamics. You’ll create and share your vision for how we should structure our team, compensation, processes and much more. You’ll work with our cross-functionally, making sure we build the right process for scaling and adapting our go to market strategy, in the right way and at the right time. Ideally, you are data-driven and are proactive about measuring and sharing results. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have several years of experience creating, implementing and enforcing sales enablement processes.

What you’ll be doing:
Oversight of Salesforce, workflows, and enhancement to better serve sales
Identify of opportunities in the sales process and enablement to further our go-to-market strategy
Implement compensation and incentives programs
Improve reporting workflow and accuracy
Work cross-functionally with our data operations team to bring visibility to key sales metrics KPI’s
Create, maintain and communicate the sales metrics that impact the business and help set targets to push the team forward
Create processes that are streamlined to help manage SLAs and security documentation to accelerate our sales team
Codify customer-facing processes and facilitate those processes
Establish effective analysis of sales trends and performance in an effort to identify greater efficiencies and better manage and understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies throughout the entire sales lifecycle
Assess client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team.
Evaluate new and existing tools and platforms to improve reporting, sales operations, and strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years experience; could include Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Strategy, Account Management, Sales Planning.
Minimum 2 years sales operations or strategy experience, preferably with an SaaS and/or technology company.
Mastery of Microsoft Excel (we’re talking pivot tables, modeling here!)
Experience with sales cycles/tools including CRM and ERP, including Salesforce
Approach work with a sense of urgency and accountability; confidence making quick decisions with the best information available.
Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working directly with Sales teams is a plus.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Campaign planning, data cleansing, data and campaign review, and rigorous analytics.
